Chocolate Chip Nut Bars
Ingredients:
1/2 c Margarine
2 c Brown sugar, packed
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1 c Chipits
1 c Nuts
Directions:
Melt margarine in large pot. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla. Stir well.
Add eggs, one at a time. Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to pan
and mix well. Spread in pan 9X13. Sprinkle with nuts and chipits over surface and
press down lightly. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
