Because our chocolates are food products, we do not except returned products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your product arrived damaged during shipment, please let us know and we will fix it. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MELTED CHOCOLATE AND WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR MELTED CHOCOLATE. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING TO A WARM ADDRESS, PLEASE SELECT NEXT DAY SHIPPING.

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers by either USPS, UPS or FedEx. Standard shipping is included in the prices and is normally USPS Priority Mail. Most products are shipped withing 24-48 hours unless otherwise noted on the product page. Next Day shipping is also available for an additional charge.

During warm weather chocolate melts quickly(75 degrees and above). If you are sending chocolate to a warm place, please select Next Day shipping at checkout (an additional charge per order applies). We are not responsible for melted chocolate if you do not choose this option, and your order is shipped to a warm address (i.e. Arizona, Florida, Texas).

When shipping please consider using a ship to address where someone will be available to accept the package. A doorstep is not a safe place for chocolate! Also a business address is better than a residential address, but please make sure the post office delivers to the business.

Due to temperature variations throughout the country we may chose NOT to ship your product over a weekend. Your order may not arrive in good condition if it sits in a warehouse over a weekend. Because of this we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries

We can ship some products to PO, APO, PFPO addresses. However, we cannot guarantee when the package will arrive

Next Day / Express shipping rates do NOT apply to Saturday delivery. Additional charges apply for Saturday delivery, no Sunday delivery is available at this time.

For items that include Next Day shipping (i.e. strawberries) it will still take 24-48 hours to process your order. These items can ship to arrive on Tuesday - Friday only. It may be possible to schedule a delivery on Saturday but there is an extra charge as Saturday delivery is not included in the price.
